French doors open to a covered patio for dining or lounging with views from Sanibel to Naples on the Gulf; enjoy fishing, swimming, watching dolphins, or beach sports in your backyard.
This vacation property is perfectly located mid-island with a grocery store nearby as well as marinas for renting boats or dining in the many waterfront restaurants; other restaurants, shopping, and the beach movie theater are also just a short walk away. Trolley stops going both north and south are in front of the house to every part of the island;
There are many day trips to enjoy from the Everglades, state parks, Sanibel Island, Naples, Edison & Ford winter homes, as well as baseball spring training. Ft. Myers Beach offers a great night life with entertainment and dancing as well as a family atmosphere.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservation prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days PRIOR to arrival. If refunded, Fun In The Sun Rentals Inc. will retain $100.00 plus 11% taxes for a service fee.
