Online Booking - After the initial simple setup
process you can link to the Rezsoft system from your website, so
that you visitors can easily check rates and availability for
your property and make secure online reservations all in
real-time.
Integration - The Rezsoft user interface can be customized
to have the same look and feel as your website. So when visitors
view your properties/rooms and make reservations they will not
feel like they left your website. We offer a customized
sub-domain when your website is hosted with us.
Automation - We believe that the booking process should
be as user-friendly and as easy as possible for the user and for
the property owner. Because of this, many of the reservation
processes are automated. Rezsoft offers many automated emails
including initial booking emails, confirmation emails, rate
integrity emails, housekeeping emails, thank you emails etc. We
also offer several automated alert emails that will remind you
that a reservation was just made or that a reservation is still
pending in the system and needs to be confirmed. Other automated
items include invoicing reports.
Content Management - Property owners can easily create
individual property or room type webpages with pictures,
descriptions, features, policies etc without any knowledge of
html, by using our user-friendly Rezsoft administrator.
Pricing & Availability Management - Managing rates and
availability is easy using the Rezsoft administrator. We offer
great features that will allow property owners to quickly add
daily, weekly and monthly rates for each property/room type. We
also offer the ability to add rate rules including minimum
nights and day-to-day requirements.
Reservation Management - Using the Rezsoft administrator,
property owners can easily view and manage reservations.
Property Owners can make new reservations through the
administrator or edit and manage reservations that were made
online by a website visitor. Rezsoft offers the ability to
confirm, cancel and delete reservations as well as send
confirmation emails with customized information including
directions to the property. Lots of other features are
available.
Reservation Tracking - Rezsoft offers property owners the
ability to create tracking ids so that they can track where
reservations come from. For instance, if you are advertising
your property on a Sandiego.com and you want to know how many
reservations are coming from this website, you would create a
tracking id for Sandiego.com and attach it to the end of the url
that will be used on their website. Then any visitor that comes
from their website and books on your website will be tracked
with that id. You can also use tracking ids to create an
affiliate program and offer commission to website owners that
drive reservations to your property through their website.
Other Features - Besides all of the features above
Rezsoft also offers an 'Availablity Calendar' which makes it easy
for the user or the property owner to see when a property is
available or not available for a selected date range. Also,
Rezsoft offers property owners the ability to create special
offers to display on their website. All controlled through the
Rezsoft administrator.
